RenewGP fee: R250- Clear copy of your identity document
- Proof of residential or company address (utility bill or first page of a bank statement) — if the utility bill is not in your name, attach an affidavit from the account holder confirming you live there, plus a copy of their ID; if you live in an informal settlement, bring an officially date-stamped letter from your ward councillor confirming your address instead

Foreigners
RenewGP fee: R250- Original and certified copy of your identity document, issued by your country of origin
- Temporary residence permit
- Proof of residential or company address (utility bill or first page of a bank statement) — if the utility bill is not in your name, attach an affidavit from the account holder confirming you live there, plus a copy of their ID; if you live in an informal settlement, bring an officially date-stamped letter from your ward councillor confirming your address instead
- Certificate of Incorporation or Name Change issued under the Companies Act, or a founding statement (for company vehicles)
